We collect the minimum data needed to run UnClick, connect your approved apps, and keep your account secure.
UnClick uses Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing features you choose to use, such as searching Gmail, sending an email you request, searching Google Drive, or opening a Drive file for your connected AI app.
Google access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Gmail message bodies, Google Drive file contents, and file metadata are processed to complete your request and return the result to you or to the AI app you approved. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
We do not transfer Google user data except as needed to provide the feature you requested, comply with law, protect against abuse, or with your explicit consent. UnClick's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by disconnecting the app inside UnClick.
Passport access is stored until you delete it or close your account. Usage logs are retained for 90 days, then deleted. Account data is retained until you delete your account, after which it is removed within 30 days.
